On August 19, 2024 all remaining Term Life Insurance products, with the exception of Monthly Income Term and Universal Term, migrated servicing from Allstate to Transaction Applications Group, Inc. (TAG), a wholly owned subsidiary of NTT Data Services Holding Corporation. In addition, all remaining Annuity products, except Helmsman and Horizon Variable Annuities, migrated to TAG as well.
Customers with these products received a mailing instructing them to begin servicing their policies with TAG. Answers to common questions can also be found within the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) document.
