On May 20, 2024, Everlake migrated a group of annuity contracts including, Annuitized Deferred Annuities , Single Premium Immediate Annuities (SPIAs), Pension Buyouts, and a select group of Structured Settlements and Deferred Annuities to Transaction Applications Group, Inc. (TAG), a wholly owned subsidiary of NTT DATA Services Holding Corporation.

Customers with the products referenced above received a mailing instructing them to begin servicing their contracts with TAG. Answers to common questions can also be found within the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) document below.
