Effective November 17, servicing for most remaining Everlake Universal Life, Term, and Whole Life products has migrated from Allstate to Transaction Applications Group, Inc. (TAG). In addition, effective November 24, servicing for all remaining Single Premium Life products will also migrate from Allstate to TAG. A select group of Universal Life, Term, and Whole Life policies (primarily issued by Surety Life Insurance Company), and all Variable Universal Life policies will migrate at a later date.
These products join the life insurance and annuity products that have previously migrated to TAG.
Customers with these products received a mailing instructing them to begin servicing their policies with TAG. Answers to common questions can also be found within the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) document.
